Solarized Polaroids

SolarizedTractorc.jpg

Being relatively new to shooting with polaroid 55 film, I didn't take into account the cold teperature when I was shooting with my pinhole camera last weekend. I waited the usual 25 seconds before pulling apart the print from the negative. The print looked really good, and I assumed the negative would be normal. But when I scanned in the negatives, I was surprised to see alot of solarization. Apparently you need to add development time when you are shooting in cold teperatures. Actually, I was quite pleased with the solarization, and will probably do this again in the future just to get this solarization effect.
